How an Armoredhull Boat Shield Works

When barnacles , seaweed and other marine plants and animals attach themselves to boats, it's called "fouling."

The Air-gate™ is a gate system at the rear of the Shield, which lowers to allow your boat to enter and exit the enclosure. It lowers with the turn of a valve and is raised with a simple hand pump or optional electric pump. Twenty-five pumps or 25 seconds with the electric pump and the Air-gate™ is up and your boats pool is sealed. Our patented Air-gate™ makes the Boat Hull Shield™ amazingly simple to use.

To lower the gate simply open the valve.

Open valve on airline attached to your dock. After 1 minute you notice the gate starts sinking.

After 2 minutes the gate drops below the water. The gate is completely down in 3 minutes

To raise the gate, attach the pump and begin pumping.

It's as easy as 1 2 3

After 3-4 pumps the gate starts to rise, After 10-12 pumps the gate is 1 foot from the surface.

The gate reaches the surface after about 15- 17 pumps or 30 seconds.

The gate is fully up after 25 pumps- Close the valve.
